Good Morning Neighbour! ☕

Cafe Pascucci is expanding in Hatch End, Pinner Music Festival is close enough now that booking it can no longer be filed under "future me will sort this", and there is a handy little Green Week display in Harrow if you want something thoughtful and free.

In today's Good Morning Pinner:

  • Cafe Pascucci is expanding into the old Post Office in Hatch End

  • Pinner Music Festival starts next week, with its 60th year now worth booking

  • Pinner Library has storytime and children's craft sessions this week

Let’s dive in.

This Week in HA5

Pinner Music Festival is the one to sort before next weekend. The 60th festival runs from 8 to 13 June, raising funds for the Pinner Parish Church organ restoration. If you keep meaning to go "one year", this may be the year tapping you on the shoulder. Festival details

Transport

Piccadilly line weekend closure: TfL's latest planned closures list shows no Piccadilly service from Hammersmith to Heathrow and Uxbridge on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 June, including Friday and Saturday Night Tube.

Civic Updates

No fresh civic update this week. The council is working hard behind the scenes!

Pet of the Week

This week's star is Bonnie.

Say hi to Bonnie!
📸 Judy

Bonnie loves to cleverly disguise herself as a "domestic operative", complete with her favourite flat noodle duster. A local household professional who brings both charm and questionable dusting technique.

Thank you Judy for introducing Bonnie to us!

Want your pet to take the highly unofficial GMP crown next week? Send one photo, their name, and the tiny household role they have appointed themselves to this way.

Closing

Thank you for reading Good Morning Pinner today.

If you only do one practical thing this week, check the Piccadilly line before making weekend plans westbound. If you do one pleasant thing, make it a music festival booking, a Green Week display stop, or a little walk past the old Post Office in Hatch End.

See you next Sunday, same time, same place.
